Hi Ciaran

there is an issue for the «Category Blog» layout on mobile screens. Let's assume the setting is «# Columns» = 2. On a mobile screen the two columns are displayed although there is not enough space for displaying two columns correctly. The second column extends beyond the edge of the screen.

By the way: when I use «Category Blog - Masonry» it works. I have never seen «Category Blog - Masonry» in Joomla websites before. This seems to be a special feature provided by the Nina template.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

Would you have a URL to an example of this issue?

Thank you Chris

To amend you can add the following to the Responsive Custom CSS fields within the General -> Responsive Options tab of your template settings. For more details on using these fields may I suggest the following article... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/template-parameters/applying-custom-css-to-a-screensize-device

.grid-columns-2 {
grid-template-columns: 1fr;
}

The above CSS will set your blog to 1 single column at the screensizes it is applied to.

Hi Ciaran

I am experiencing troubles with editing the recommended template settings. The «General» tab is almost empty. This is probably due to Joomla 3.10. I remember that there was quite a number of settings in this tab before.

For the moment, I added your suggested code to the custom.css file and it works too. But the issue mentionned above is worrying me.

Kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

Strangely we are unable to replicate this issue locally. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Ciaran

strangely I am unable to replicate this issue today. Maybe it's gone with Joomla 3.10.1? I think everything is ok now for this website.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris
