your using the wrong codes for the icons (using FA6)
twitter/X is: fa-brands fa-x-twitter not fab

Thanks for your response. I recently purchased this for a new site and don't know very much about FA. These are the default settings in the template as purchased from you.

How do I fix this? I've used the settings you provided below and they don't appear to work.

You can try this:
Joomla 4/5 uses fontawesome v5 so it should be fab fa-tiktok
and add

.fab::before {

    font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Brands" !important;

}

into your custom css

I already used that code for the templae
