Tnx!! now it works good.. but there is a proble.. the changing i do are visible just in home page.
if i change menu colors from template setting the new color is visible just in home page and not in the all content of template, same thing for the logo.. just the omepage changes, for the other page i see the defoult setting.. why?

it seems like if the home page and the other pages are two differents template.. i show u in this picutres

#container_header {height: 80px;}

#logo img {margin-top:-20px!important;}

no.. it works not again, in this way the search and phone module in the top desappear

Try this code instead:

#container_header {

    margin-top: -20px;

}

it seems to work not because it pull up the module covering the logo as u can see in the following immage

To reduce the header height try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)..

#container_header {

    height: 80px;

}
