Hey,
I also thought it was strange that he didn't respond to emails and forum posts.
I certainly hope he's doing well, although I'm starting to worry about him.

Thank you

Have you since been able to resolve this issue as all pages appear to now load without issue?

Hi Ciaran,

I just updated to J5, I keep getting the 500 error see screenshot. I have since restored the website by making a backup.

Hi webneus,

I hope Ciaran is doing well.
There hasn't been a message for a month, and unfortunately, there are no replies to emails. This isn't what you're used to; support has always been super fast.

best regards

Hi Ciaran, I have the same problem with the Ensley template - after updating from 4.1.14 to 5.4.1, I get a 500 error.

I put System debuggen on, so you can see the error i think.

Best regards, Alex

I don't use the plugin at all.

I have activated the error log, where you can see the errors - unfortunately, I personally can't do anything with it.

You need to enable the J5 compatibility plugin. Otherwise, you will get an error 500.

colors4life You should not leave the debug mode on for a live website! The debug mode displays a lot of information which should not be disclosed to the public

Either you switch Debug off, as soon as there a no longer problems on your website. Or you might want to restrict debug mode for Super Users only. You can do so in the plugin System - Debug.
