I am having conflict issues with the Joomla 4 Jasmine template.

It appears to be a Java Script issue but so far have failed to resolve it.

It is on the temporary domain name http://tempdomain74.site .

It is affecting the down arrow on the top menu drop down, can't use one of the mobile menus and I couldn't use the Icons on the Icons extension and had to add images instead.

I installed Jquery Easy free plugin which in the past has resolved those conflicts but not this time.

I welcome your suggestions on how I may resolve this issue.

Thanks again for all of your help previously.

James

Thank you James

I have just updated your template to the latest download which looks to have resolved the issue?

Regarding your update issue, have you tried uploading the update manually? This can often be a work around to such server issues.

I appreciate you fixing my issue with the Jasmine template.

Do I need to download that template again and delete the Jasmine J4 template that I first downloaded?

I tried to use the manual upload of the Joomla 4 update on the sites that I am having a problem updating and I am still getting the same error message.

I don't know where to go next to update those sites.

I have other sites where I am not having any problems. All of the sites are on the same hosting reseller account with HostGator.

Thank you as always for such great support for your templates!

Hi James

Yes you can delete your current Jasmine download and re-download the template from your template downloads.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine the update issue for you. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
