What do you mean with unclosed HTML element? My new post "news" is done exactly the same way as I did 16 january. Our copywriter have send the text in a mail to me. I have copy the text and past it into the new article. And then mark all text and "Clear formatting".

This is a new post - and if i chose publish the issue is a fact!

A common cause of this can be if you have an unclosed HTML element in one of your articles (eg. a div). Try disabling each article displayed on the page where the issue is present and see if the issue is resolved. If yes then enable each article until you find the offending one.
