Installing demo-content only, on a working J5 site

Installing demo-content only, on a working J5 site

How do I install the demo content and get a copy of the Emani template on a working J5 site ?
I have no content on the working J5, and only menu is Home, so it won't overwrite any articles etc.

It is not possible to install the demo content on an existing Joomla installation. For more details on this topic may I suggest the following... https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/demo-installer/setting-up-the-demo-installer

Most of our demo installer are still using Joomla 4 so once you installed the demo, you will need to upgrade your site to Joomla 5 using the Joomla update component.

Hello,
when I start to install demo I have the following error:
"An error has occurred while processing your request.
0 Joomla\Filesystem\File::write(): Argument #2 ($buffer) could not be passed by reference"
How can I step forward? It is Chelsea template.

Hello

This error appears to be related to write permissions on your server. Are you getting similar issues if you attempt installing a default Joomla package (https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla4/4-3-2)?
