Installer Issue with Emani

I am installing a fresh version of Emani template with demo content to BlueHost.

The installer is saying "You need MySQL 8.0.13 or higher to continue the installation. Your version is: 5.7.23-23."
I have checked the current version is 8.1.29 ( the server version is 5.7.23-23 which cannot be changed).
How do I proceed?

Are you having a similar issue with the default Joomla installer (https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla4/4-4-6)?
