Hi,
The London demo cannot be installed. After uploading the demo package into Joomla, the installation process seems to get aborted after some time running and a void red error rectangle is shown, that ends it.
Please some help on this.

you read this: https://joomla51.com/tutorials/demo-installer/setting-up-the-demo-installer
you can't upload the demo into an existing joomla installation

My intention was to have a starting (demo) version of the template to rebuild my website.
I thought this was the case when I build my website with the same template years ago.
Now I have installed all London installation zips, but all I see when I open the template is a nearly blank page.
I do not recall all of these problems with the installation.

To Joomla51:
The template does not install properly in my case.
After having installed all zip install files, I still only see a blank London homepage and nothing else!
Is this what it is supposed to be? This is not what I recall from what I had years ago, when I used the template the first time.
SO PLEASE JOOMLA51, SUPPORT WANTED!

The template installed prperly. If you just install the template and de mods you get a blank london homepage. If you want demo content, go to the main joomla administration page and click install demo content.

ps do not use capslock for a sentence is bloody RUDE!

I was told before that you cannot install the demo after installing the template.
By the way I am aware of internet courtesy. Swearing in a reply might not be apropriate either I believe and professional.
I am only getting very frustrated about the product and the support and my expectations about a paying product.
All this is not as said before what I recall from the past.
It would also help to know if you are working for Joomla51 or not, so I can adjust my expectations.

Hello

Is the blank page only on the frontend? If so, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you for this, but I have given up on using Joomla51. In fact I have requested a refund in another posting.
Best regards
