install new language, but impossible to configurat

hello, I have successfully installed a new language, then I clicked on manage languages, but the page is always empty. I can not select or change anything. see attachment.

Hello

This does not appear to be a template related issue. May I ask is the issue present when you enable one of the default Joomla templates (Beez)? Did you use the templates 'Demo Installer' for your Joomla installation?

A possible cause is that your com_languages folder did not upload correctly to your server. Can you confirm that files at ../administrator/components/com_languages uploaded correctly and that they have the correct file permissions.
