One possible option would be to hide the elements using CSS. To do so try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..

I went to the administration control panel then to extensions/template manager/j51_Evolution style6 black and went down to the custom css field and copy pasted the text you provided. I also added it to the j51 evolution default template. Nothing changed. Do I need to directly edit the css file /templates/j51_evolution/css/style6.css?
Here is what I am trying to remove.

I have tried about everything on every forum I could find and still no luck on removing these.

The site is offline so its not accessible. I need to keep it offline until a few other things are fixed and this issue.
The Login is under User Menu which is located at the footer of the site.
When I open the edit menu item Login Form the link shown is index.php?option=com_users&view=login

Emailed you a login to the site to check the menu and to let you turn the site online to see the login module.

The CSS will only work on a login module. The login menu item links to a login that has no class name which means it cant be really targeted with CSS without effecting other content. A possible solution may be for you to create a blank article and link to it, placing a login module beside it.

I removed the User Menu under Menus which had my Login page and created a new module under extensions/module New (Login).

Set the position to the sidecol-b and Menu Assigned it to the only page that needed edited. Makes it easier for the customer to find the login so they can login and update the page.

Obviously had to add the code to the template under Extensions/template manager/my template evolution custom css box.
