thanks, currently it look like it is here... retreatintowellness.com i need to highlight the menu options as i cannot see them when some backgrounds are displaying.

A white square/rectangle behind each menu item would be perfect please thank you

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

(edit to taste)

.hornav > ul > li > a {

    background: white;

    color: #32485c;

    padding-block: 10px;

    margin-inline: 5px;

}
