How add a banner module above menu in privilege?

How can I add a banner module over the menu with spoiling the responsiveness of the template?

Hi Daniel

One option would be to use the breadbrumb module position. You could then add somethig like the following to the CUstom CSS field of your templates parameters..

[code type=css].breadcrumbs {
position: absolute;
z-index: 10;
top: 0px;
left: 0px
}[/code]
Editing both top and left to position your module.
