Function for adding pictures not working

Hello Ciara, I cannot add header images in Madison template. When I click on Select, nothing happens. I am sure it was working few weeks ago but now it seems that since Joomla 3.7.4 is this function for adding pictures not working + the same result is also for example in Scarletts LayerSlideshow. I have tried to clear cache, different browsers or computers.
