Hi there.
I already have another access / account on your website. Unfortunately I lost my password. No matter what I automatically request, I will not receive an email (not even in the spam folder).
But I still receive e-mails with advertising from you!
Can you possibly have a look what is defective with the access / username: eumel1602?

No, unfortunately not. I have lost the password for access: eumel1602. When I try to have a new password sent to me, I don't receive an email from you.
The address seems to be correct. There is no fault message
(Advertising emails arrive though)
