Equal box heights in Carousel module

I have a photo + quote for each of the carousel slides, but the quotes are of various lengths, and I want to equalize the background box color of the slide. Is there a setting to equalize the box heights in the carousel module? Or is there something to add in the CSS?

EDIT TO ADD: This is also an issue where I have a background color in two modules with varying text lengths (not a carousel, just two Top-1 modules); I wish this was a default setting since I'd think when you put modules side by side you'd want the height of the box to be the same no matter what you put in it.

I'm using the Grace template J51 carousel module.

The carousel photo/quote module I described is at the bottom of the page: https://oprfscholarshipfoundation.org/our-board. Right now they are equal because I've added forced line breaks which is less than ideal.

The other Top-1 modules I mentioned are on the home page and this one: https://oprfscholarshipfoundation.org/scholarship-funds/establish-a-scholarship-fund where again I have to adjust line breaks to make sure the side-by-side Top-1 modules have equal lengths.
