Hi,
Q 1: I have just purchased and downloaded your awesome theme and would like to add a click to call button below the logo whenever a smaller screen device views the site such as smart phones and or tablets.
Is there a way to show a module or a plugin only in the responsive mode by publishing it right below the logo?
Q 2: How can I make the logo like a sticky menu so when I scroll downward, the logo remains showing?
Thank you for your prompt reply!
Kindest regards,
Saeed

Hi Saeed
1. One option which may work would be to place the button within a module and then use the 'hidden-desktop' Bootstrap class name to hide this module on desktop devices. The class name can be added to the 'Module Class Suffix' field of your templates parameters.
2. Sorry to say this option is not available with our Enterprise template.

Thank you so much Ciarán for your prompt reply, you know you guys are awesome and you do excellent work!
I need another favor too, I have Enlighten template also which I have purchased when I had the paid membership. I have tried to use the mod suffix in it "hidden-desktop" for the header module because I have added the click-to-call in it but it is not working. Not only that, but in the mobile view, it even hides the module by default.
Is there anyway, you can help with it also?
Thank you for your wonderful support!
Kindest regards,
Saeed

Hi Saeed
Checking your page source I am unable to locate any element with the 'hidden-desktop' class name. Could you detail for me which module you have added the 'hidden-desktop' class name?

Thank you Saeed
The hidden-desktop class name appears to be working without issue with the exception that a space needs to be placed before it within the 'module Class Suffix field so use ' hidden-desktop' rather than 'hidden-desktop'.

Good Morning Ciarán,
Thank you for your reply!
I have added the space before hidden-desktop in the module suffix but the phone number that I have written in the header2 module remains displaying. Should it not disappear now from the the desktop view?

My apologies. The header modules are exception as they are hidden by default on mobile devices. I have edited this with your template and your module should be now displaying as you wish!

Hi Ciarán,
Thank you so much for your help! I see that the click to call phone number is not showing in the header2 position any longer but, it is not showing in the responsive mode either. How can I make it show in the responsive now? Meaning, on the smart phones and tablets?

Hi Saeed
Could you try doing a full refresh on your browser (CTRL + F5) to ensure you are loading the amended CSS. Checking on this end your module is displaying on smaller screen devices.
