Do not change to slideout-menu when reducing the screen size

Hi Ciarán
May I ask you to take a look to my site http://www.arroteia.pt and help me with my problem?
This is the problem: I´ve created a new position within hornav to sit my language flags.
The problem is when using a smartphone the flags are not shown due to the menu changing mechanism.
Is it possible to prevent that changing job? Or, if not possible, get the hornav be visible again?

Sorry to take your time. I inspected once more and noted that my enemy code was:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1140px)
#container_hornav-sticky-wrapper, #container_hornav, .hornavmenu {
display: none !important;
}
Therefore I inserted the following code in the Custom CSS field of the template:
#container_hornav-sticky-wrapper, #container_hornav, .hornavmenu {
display: block !important;
}
It works.
