In the Joomla backend click on "Menu", then "all menu items" then top left on "New" then "Menu item type" click on "contact" then "single contact".
Then select your user.
Then you have to specify (right side) in which menu you want to display it (possibly in your main menu)
Logically, you also have to assign a title.

In this area you can then make further settings as required.
You can also go to: Components -> Contact -> Your contact, further settings what should be displayed in the contact form

Thanks for your message but I have it, this is the normal procedure for a contact form.

In the KINVARA Example in "one page" you have the single form and on the side text or images like a Table with two Zells.

if so, there is a module with contact information released on a specific module position (sidecol-2a ?)
the option: "Menu assignment" then only displays it on the "Contact menu item".
