Consol error J4 L4

Hello,
While fault tracing an issue with font awesome icons not displaying, I found the following template error generated by chrome:

Could not load content for .../media/templates/site/j51_layla/js/jarallax.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Is this a Layay 4 template issue or a separate issues please?
