Hi there, I'm trying out the classic template to get an idea of how the Joomla51 templates are configured.

As an experiment I tried converting the standard Joomla sample page, to use the Classic template. I found one issue. I could not replicate the parallax effect as seen on the Live Demo - i.e. when the page is reduced in width, the showcase position allows the background to scroll underneath.

Because I couldn't get this to work from scratch, I tried installing the entire Joomla Classic database example, but neither did that scroll underneath the showcase position.

Is it just a simple matter of the downloadable classic template being older than the Live demo and missing this functionality, or am I doing something wrong.

Please could you kindly clarify?
