Here is a page on [color=#880000]my site[/color]. Notice the Search on the right side of the screen.

When viewing the site using Firefox and inputting a search string, the results window pops over top of the PDF to the left. However, when using Safari 5.1.7 or Internet Explorer 11 the search results are behind the PDF.

Any help deeply appreciated,

Embed items are inclined to ignore the z-index with certain browsers which appears to be what is happening here. I am not familiar with your search extension so the extension developer might be in a better position to help you on this issue.

Note that the pop up is not appearing at all in Chrome.
