Chelsea Template Copyright won't change

Just installed, most recent everything: J version, php, no extensions added except Akeeba.

I went to J51_Chelsea - Default template and change the info in the copyright section. Saved cleared cache. Cleared it out completely, saved, cleared cache.
But it won't change.

Can you help?
