Can the header images of the template Chelsea be set so that they are shown in full screen. So no matter what resolution the user has. The menu should stick to the bottom and the logo above.

Hello

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates..

#header {
min-height: calc(100vh - 60px);
}


Does this give you the desired result?
