Hi,

I stay with Joomla51 templates as I love them!

It looks like most use the same framework? I OFTEN have wondered there any quick way to ENTIRELY swop one recent J51 template for another recent J51 template on a site that has been already built.

For example if I built the site with Elvira and wanted to put Maya on it instead.

I know about changing templates in the template manager, but I am looking for a quick way to change things so that any module shown in the Elvira Top 2A position would be put automatically into Maya Top 2A and ones in Elvira Top3A went into Maya top 3A...etc

I am just asking if something already exists that I don't know about...

HI Suzanne

As long as both template have the same module positions names which is generally the case, switching template should be relatively easy. If a module was in the position top-2a in your Elvira template, it will remain in that position when you switch to for example our Maya template as both templates share the same module positions.
