Hi,
Captcha is not showing on the contactform of my website, built using the London template. I believe I put all parameters of the captcha plugin etc correctly. My domain and website have been suspended by the provider after being hacked for spam, so it cannot be accessed. Please some help.
Best regards,
JP

Hi JP

Just to ensure that this is a template related issue, please try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar) and see if the issue persists?

Dear Ciaran,
Thank you for your swift reply. On your advice I changed the default template (not to Protostar but to an older contact form I had based on London) and captcha shows now! No idea why though.
Thanks!

Hi JP

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
