Can not edit modules!?

I can not edit my modules any more. When i press on a module name a list shows up in the left corner ... And i can not edit anything. This is Journal template

Hello

This was an old Joomla issue regarding an update that was released. I believe a full refresh (CTRL + F5) or clearing your browser cache resolves this issue. Ensure you are using the latest Joomla version.
