Backend constantly refreshes after joomla 4 to 5 update???

Hi:
Backend constantly refreshes 3 times a second after Joomla 4.4 to 5 update??? This keeps a person from doing anything in the backend. Front end seems to be working fine. There were no alerts with Joomla or any extensions when I upgraded.

While I can get into the back end, it refreshes so fast I cannot access anything, including templates.

Hello

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Cassiopeia) and see if the issue still exists? A frontend template should have any effect to your administration.

We are using the skylar template. TMD hosting.
