1. Sorry to say this is not available as an option. The only workaround that I can think is to add the links as menu items and then hide them items on desktop.

To hide you can add the following to the Responsive Custom CSS fields within the General -> Responsive Options tab of your template settings where 525 is the menu item ID you wish to hide. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.blog .item:nth-child(2n) .item-image {

    float: right;

}
