AllowParentLinks not working (set SlickNav)

Hi there,
I changed in the file jquery.slicknav.js allowParentLinks: true, the menu type is set to SlickNav. But it just opens the sub items instead of switching to the appropriate page.
Please help. Thank you!

Hello, I have the same problem with SlickNav.

My template is J51_Colette for Joomla 4.
I have in the main menu for example: Prices - and two other submenus.

When I open the website on my cellphone I can see the menu:
the first item (prices) doesn't open, the two submenus work fine.

I have modified in the javascript the line as follows:

allowParentLinks: true,

but it does not work as desired.


What can I do?
I ask for help
