ability to load logo is not working

hi. am using joomla 4 and the ability to load either size logo is not available. laylaaa.JPG

i tried reloading the template but nothing.

i tied another template and the same isue and yes i tried Cassiopeia with same issue

please advise thanks cass.JPG
